Why don't you address this proposal to Moz himself? He might actually be interested...
Have you seen him live, by the way?
He's been in Athens a couple of times but I cannot say I was amazed. He's charismatic, obviously, and his audience just adores him to death but the band kinda sucks. Johnny Marr's shoes are too big to be filled by anyone and the rhythm section does no miracles either...
Anyhoo, did you know there are also two tribute albums out there with Smiths covers? Pretty interesting both of them. I can give you more detail, in case u are not aware of these...
